Product Description

SGB series non-encapsulated dry type transformers are H-class open-winding power transformers designed for fireproof, explosion-proof and high-safety indoor power distribution scenarios. Adopting advanced VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technology and Nomex insulation materials, this non-resin cast dry transformer features low loss, ultra-low noise, strong overload capacity and zero cracking risk. Environmentally friendly, maintenance-free and fully IEC compliant, it is widely used for commercial buildings, data centers, subway, hospital and industrial indoor power supply projects.

With non-encapsulated winding structure, the transformer has no resin cracking, no partial discharge and no aging peeling problems that commonly occur in cast-type transformers. It features low operating noise, low loss and strong moisture and pollution resistance. The whole machine is fire-retardant, self-extinguishing and explosion-proof, releasing no harmful gas during operation.
